Our chicks are shipped in the highest quality transport boxes. We ship with heat packs when seasonally appropriate. We add Grow Geland crumbles for feeding and hydration during transport. Chicks are shipped the fasted way possible, first class priority overnight USPS. When you purchase chicks you are agreeing to the risk, which may include lost chicks, late arrivals, chick mortality. We have not had any of this happen but we must be transparent with the risk no matter how incredibly unlikely it is. Once chicks are out of our hands we aren’t responsible for the shipping process
